We accept payments via cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and other local payment methods. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping:

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2000.

  • A flat Rs. 200 charge applies to orders below Rs. 2000.

Orders are dispatched same-day if placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) and next-day dispatch for orders after 12:00 PM. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, but can take longer during peak periods.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on all products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.

Refund Process:
